Macro Darwinian Thinking Applied to Social Relationships

I have been going back and forth on a recent youtube series that I have made regarding three topics related to evolution.   The first was, evolution vs. creation, the second was peer reviewed research regarding intelligent design, and the third was abiogenesis.    At the end of the third video I setup an expectation that we would continue with a fourth topic that was brought up in the back and forth of the converastion, which is “Macro Darwinian Thinking Applied to Social Relationships”  (ie  Darwinian teachings of scientific racism).

To recap, I had a common troll, someone known (based on not just hearsay, but his lengthy criminal record) of harassment, who dedicated an entire youtube channel to me.   This was a good catalyst to start this conversation, because he created a video that demonstrated a theist who doesn’t know about science and blames anything that he/she doesn’t understand on a god.   So I created a response, and to avoid a privacy or content violation, I took his content and illustrated it using the same words but with Eric Cartman from South Park as the actor impersonating this silly parody.  Non-sense met with non-sense.  Although I think my creative talent is a little bit more entertaining than his boring uncreative harassment.

This is the first video in the series Brandon Wade Cartman disproves evolution:

That video caught the attention of a very dogmatic religious atheist who came to prove to me that atheism was true and god was false, he goes by “AronRa”, I looked him up, and he seems to be a mere evangelist for atheism, and does not seem to have contributed anything other than evangelism to science, and I do not think he is even educated in any of these subjects.  However he references his self and his own content as proof of evolution and abiogenesis.
I also found him on wikipedia; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aron_Ra

I made this video to address him;

After several hundred comments back and forth, he said he would prove that evolution and abiogenesis were right and god was not.   However his argument fell short of providing facts.   He said that I didn’t answer his questions, which he had a lot of them.  In fact, I sort of felt like I was being interrogated rather than having a discussion.
However I had videos that I have made over the last decade that I do believe addressed his questions thoroughly.
I also compiled a playlist.

This was one of my last comments to address that to AronRa and Mr. Sean Johnson (Rabidmonkey66).

So what are you getting at here. When you chide me “no reply yet”? I mean are you a seeker of knowledge? Are you here to learn? Or are you here to battle?

I really have no time for a battle. When I do have time for that you will know. But it’s rare seeing what I am up again currently.

So just to be clear, I escaped an island devestated by two category 5 hurricanes in less than 3 weeks.
Our home and possessions were destroyed, and I left the island with my wife and 4 kids.
We are know doing whatever we can to survive, on a new continent, and life is not easy.

That being said, I have learned a lot talking with you and with AronRa. But as for this “no reply yet” non-sense.
There are over 100 comments on this video, and I have attempted to reply to each one. I don’t reply just to reply. I give thoughtful feedback. So if I have no fully investigated something, I am not going to reply just for the sake of replying.

And the video that I posted here, with top-notch scientists already replies to your statement here.
I am talking Noble Prizing winning chemist, and nano-engineers, etc, that have taken these topics on with their vast knowledge.

Yet you want an answer from me? Mr. Sean Johnson, you do realize I am not a scientist, right?

I have put a playlist together, and as I find answer, I will add them to my playlist.

This is the link to my playlist about evolution. Some of the video are videos that I created, however most of the video are from top notch scientists.

You will also find this link at the end of the video that we are commenting on.

I am definitely attempting to respond as a courtesy. But I am under no obligation to give you anything.
And quite honestly you are barking up the wrong tree. You would be better watching my video, writing down the names of the scientists that I featured in this video, and asking them.

The one guy at the end Dr. James Tour who is a phenominal scientist and professor, and someone who makes molecules for a living, has invited anyone who thinks they can to have lunch with him and explain it.
He said he would even pay for it. Further more, the Atheist Society has also stepped up to say they would pay for the lunch and have invited their members to participate.

You should get with Dr. James Tour. Make a video of the exchange. I would love to hear about your discussion.

That comment was left on this video:

At the end of this video “Abiogenesis, can it be disproven?”, I left the conclusion at “Next topic:  Scientific Racism – Look it up”

Now to elevate this conversation to the ultimate point.   Why do we want to examine evolution, and Darwin’s teachings?   If it is “just science” what consequences could it have that are negative?

This is the ultimate reason it is important to question these theories.   Darwinism inspired a lot of people since his research was released, and while not all of them did negative things, it is obvious however that people like the Nazi’s and the WWII Soviet’s did take Darwinian social implications to the next level, such as “survival of the fittest” and “natural selection”, and how as Darwin put it in his book “The Descent of Man” that:

“At some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilised races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace throughout the world the savage races. At the same time the anthropomorphous apes, as Professor Schaaffhausen has remarked, will no doubt be exterminated. The break will then be rendered wider, for it will intervene between man in a more civilised state as we may hope, than the Caucasian and some ape as low as a baboon, instead of as at present between the negro or Australian and the gorilla.”
― Charles DarwinThe Descent of Man

And in his letter to W. Graham;

I could show fight on natural selection having done and doing more for the progress of civilization than you seem inclined to admit. Remember what risk the nations of Europe ran, not so many centuries ago of being overwhelmed by the Turks, and how ridiculous such an idea now is! The more civilized so-called Caucasian races have beaten the Turkish hollow in the struggle for existence. Looking to the world at no very distant date, what an endless number of the lower races will have been eliminated by the higher civilized races throughout the world. “. (C. Darwin’s letter to W. Graham, The life and letters of Charles Darwin, Volume 1, p.316)

This also led to some admirers and allies of Darwin’s work to say such things as Thomas Huxley did, and was in part responsible for starting what would be looked at as “Social Darwinism”.

No rational man, cognizant of the facts, believes that the average negro is the equal . . . of the white man. And if this be true, it is simply incredible that, when all his disabilities are removed . . . he will be able to compete successfully with his bigger-brained and smaller-jawed rival, in a contest which is to be carried out by thoughts and not by bites.”

Thomas Henry Huxley

Thomas Huxley is named as the person to coin the word “agnosticism” (agnostic).

This led to Nazi Germany and WWII Soviet Union.   Eugenics, and ethnic cleansing has roots in social Darwinianism, and there is no doubt a serious change that we can see from history in Hitler’s behavior who started out a Christian, educated in Catholic school, and then who took on Darwin’s teachings and started denouncing his Christian faith, before leading many many millions of people to their deaths, via ethnic cleansing.

This also happened in WWII Soviet Union where there was a seriously violent state sponsored group called “The League of Militant Atheists”, which I have wrote about in the past.

Is militant atheism a sore spot for the legalization movement?

I also recorded a comprehensive reading of Darwin’s racial teachings about 9 years ago, which was on the radio while I was driving, and after I heard this on the radio, I followed up and did a lot of the research that you have saw above by now.

Creation vs. Humanism – Dawin and racism

I recorded my thoughts last year about why I think Darwinism is racist.

It is sad to see in the USA where we once had such a strong education system, we have slipped to a very low rank in education.   This has all been since the Federal Government created the Department of Education in 1980 and since that agency was created and took over state and local education systems, the free thinking and ability to explore all competing theories have been narrowed greatly.   Now anything that has any appearance of “God” or “creationism” is exiled and shut down, because it is based on “religion”.

Yet it is quite obvious that evolution, and certainly atheism is a new age religion.
Internet Atheism the religion of the new millennium

Internet Atheism the religion of the new millennium

I have documented the many ways that atheism is considered a religion, both in academics and also in Federal law.

Websters 3rd International Dictionary 1971 says:
http://atheism.about.com/od/religiondefinition/a/dictionary_old_2.htm

7a. a cause, principle, system of tenets held with ardor, devotion, conscientiousness and faith, a value held to be of supreme importance, 7b. a quality, condition, custom, or thing inspiring zealous devotion, conscientious maintenance, and cherishing.

In the advanced Oxford’s learners dictionary, atheism is even defined as a religion:
http://www.oxfordadvancedlearnersdictionary.com/dictionary/religion

“be/become a believer/an atheist/an agnostic/a Christian/Muslim/Hindu/Buddhist, etc.”

Atheist:

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/atheism?show=0&t=1315970960

a: a disbelief in the existence of deity

This is a desicion from the 7th Circuit Court, declaring atheism as a religion;

I made this video last year to demonstrate the serious consiquences of introducing the federal government to education, and how far our education in the USA has fallen.

By the results after nearly 40 years, is that they have successfully gotten some religion out of school  (though replacing it with a new religion), but the worst of it, is that they have successfully stopped properly educating our children, and have prevented our children in many ways from thinking critically.

I propose that now that Atheism is considered a religion, we should also give a good look at evolution and it’s religious factors, of which much of evolution requires people to take a lot of the “science” on faith.

Would atheists and evolutionists wish for their religion to be banned from public education?   And if it was, would they think it would help or hurt our society?

I personally think that macro Darwinian thinking applied to social relationships and atheism is a very destructive train of thought, but it should not be banned or censored, it will do people good to get more acquainted with these destructive historical theories and how they effect us today.

My final statement is that humans should be taught critical thinking, and be free to explore all ideas and theories.
Creationism is accepted by far more than half of the population, and children should be allowed to explore these mainstream ideas.

I posted this one youtube to finalize this series on evolution/atheism/creationism

Sincerely,
  Ryan Thompson

P.S.  This is a good presentation on how Darwinism devalues human life, which talks about eugenics, abortion, sterilization and other Darwinian consequences in our society.
